Connect Administrator

Toromont Cat is looking for a Connectivity Administrator to join our team!

As a Connectivity Administrator, YOU will experience :

In a typical day, YOU will :

• Opening & closing work orders for Product Link repairs
• Billing customers for installations or subscriptions
• Registering Product Link hardware with Caterpillar
• Creating user accounts for VisionLink and other Cat applications
• Maintaining Caterpillar Equipment Data records
• Customer support

Must-haves for this role :

• High attention to detail
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Needs to be proficient with Excel
• DBS work order experience is an asset
