Take lead in Recruiting developers fortechnical roles.
Join company at conferences and eventsto recruit talent.
Perform in depth assessment interviewsfor csuite candidates. Do reference checks and verify prioremployers.
Screen candidate applications and duediligence
Prepare Send Organize & Maintain offerletters to new Employees
Develop training materials andtutorials to new team members
Schedule & coordinatelogistics for all recruitingevents
Required Skills :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Creative and efficient problem solver
Flexibility high energy and a positive attitude
Previous experience in a Talent Recruiting or HumanResources department is preferred
Familiarity withapplicant tracking systems or HR systems and social media ispreferred
Bonus :
