Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Butcher to join our operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience in a butchering role and a strong familiarity with red meats such as beef, lamb, or pork. You will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing various meat products to meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Cut, trim, debone, and prepare red meats according to company and industry standards

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following health and safety regulations

Operate and maintain butchering equipment safely and efficiently

Package and label meat products for distribution

Ensure product quality and consistency

Follow customer specifications and internal guidelines for meat preparation

Requirements :

Minimum 6 to 12 months of experience as a butcher

Experience with red meats (beef, lamb, pork) is highly preferred

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Team player with good communication skills
