ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Who is an Assistant General Manager?
The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates.
You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.
What will you be doing?
- Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals.
- Educating your team on sales and relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company.
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club.
Do you have what it takes?
- Previous sales experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals.
- Proven success in leading, training and motivating diverse teams.
- Passion for helping others, and a commitment to personal health and fitness.
- Creative, independent and able to think outside of the box.

Compensation :
$43,000.00 - $55,000.00
