- Creatively orchestrate and expedite loan closings on real estate investment transactions
- Work with borrowers, brokers, underwriters and lawyers when reviewing all transactions
- Draft all financial terms while complete all underwriting terms
- Draft and review loan memos for credit committee review and approval
- Review all property financial statements and reports, inspection of properties and interview borrowers

- Professional Designation or MBA is preferred
- 7-10 year's of experience within commercial real estate is preferred
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of underwriting discipline and pricing models
- Knowledge of policy contracts, statutory constraints, risk sources while strategically drafting loans and completely transactions
- Ability to think outside of the box when expediting loan closings
