BA practitioners partnering with IT based practitioners in a project environment utilizing a variety of project methodologies (waterfall, agile);
diverse, multi-cultural team located in Canada and throughout Caribbean
Senior Business Analyst - Caribbean Banking - Loans / Mortgages / Lending Mandatory Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business
Previous Caribbean and / or international, multiple jurisdictional environments
Previous banking experience including loans and mortgages, securities processing
Strong process mapping / modelling
Experience with Agile methodology, routines, and principles including scrum and kanban
Jira / Confluence
MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Work, Visio, Powerpoint), Sharepoint capturing, collaborating, and communicating requirements
Strong capabilities in problem solving, critical thinking, and working with agility
Strong capability to pivot across multiple work streams and projects
Practical experience with software and tools :
Core banking platform
Branch operations applications and tools
PeopleSoft GL
Vendor experience with Temenos, Oracle
