- Expert in use case activity diagrams
- System use cases showing interaction between user / DCT systems / supporting actors
- Propter notation
- System use cases are NOT screen flow
- Understanding and working with business rules and how they relate to systems
- Understanding data and data movement; integration with external systems
- Facilitating requirement discussions with business and technical resources
- Expert in understanding the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with UX and content teams
- Supporting QA and using QA tools to do that support
Senior Technical Business Analyst - Online / Mobile Banking - Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a BSA with previous FI experience
- Confluence / JIRA / MS Teams / ALM
- Expert in use case activity diagrams and transforming use cases into stories / scenarios / acceptance criteria for Dev / QA workflow and consumption
- Great communication skills
- Analytical thinker
- Strong facilitation skills
