Senior Technical Business Analyst - Online / Mobile Banking

On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst.

Senior Technical Business Analyst - Online / Mobile Banking - Job Description

  • Expert in use case activity diagrams
  • System use cases showing interaction between user / DCT systems / supporting actors
  • Propter notation
  • System use cases are NOT screen flow
  • Understanding and working with business rules and how they relate to systems
  • Understanding data and data movement; integration with external systems
  • Facilitating requirement discussions with business and technical resources
  • Expert in understanding the software development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with UX and content teams
  • Supporting QA and using QA tools to do that support

Senior Technical Business Analyst - Online / Mobile Banking - Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a BSA with previous FI experience
  • Confluence / JIRA / MS Teams / ALM
  • Expert in use case activity diagrams and transforming use cases into stories / scenarios / acceptance criteria for Dev / QA workflow and consumption
  • Great communication skills
  • Analytical thinker
  • Strong facilitation skills

  • Previous online / mobile banking experience
  • CBAP Certification
