Order FulfillmentSpecialist
We are seeking aproactive individual to join our clients team as an OrderFulfillment Specialist. In this role you will serve as the primarypoint of contact between their internal team and valued customersensuring seamless order processing and exceptional servicedelivery.
Responsibilities :
- Managecustomer orders efficiently via phone and JD Edwards E1system.
- Provide accurate information regardingproduct availability pricing and orderstatus.
- Coordinate shipping logistics to ensuretimely delivery using E1 system.
- Anticipate andresolve potential order issues proactively with theteam.
- Handle challenges with professionalismensuring positive customerexperiences.
- Cultivate strong relationshipswith key customer contacts to foster longtermpartnerships.
- Collaborate crossfunctionallywith Sales Credit Research & Development Scheduling andTraffic teams to resolve product or servicerelatedissues.
- Maintain accuracy of customer masterfiles in E1 system to meet servicerequirements.
- Demonstrate expertise in salesoperations including taxes margins volume and deliverylogistics.
- Identify opportunities for processimprovement and contribute to achieving performancegoals.
- Pursue continuous learning anddevelopment through trainingprograms.
Qualifications :
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel Word andPowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills andmeticulous attention to detail.
- Experience withenterprise resource planning systems such as JD Edwards Oracle orSAP is preferred.
- Fluency in French or Spanishis a plus.
