Senior IT Systems Administrator

VGW is a fast-growing technology company and creator of market-leading online social games. With offices across Australia, San Francisco, Toronto, Malta and the Philippines we are on a mission to be the biggest gaming company in the world!

Due to major growth we are expanding our Technology Support team in Toronto and currently looking for a Senior IT Systems Administrator to join the team.

In this role you will provide exceptional IT specialist support to VGW's personnel, ensuring that technology is an enabler in meeting our strategic, tactical, and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Maintaining and supporting server environments (Windows / Linux) and network infrastructure (LAN / WAN, Firewall's, Switching, Wi-Fi).
• Ensuring IT security best practices, conducting vulnerability assessments, and managing disaster recovery plans to meet compliance standards (e.g., PCI, GDPR, SOC2, NIST).
• Acting as the go-to expert for complex technical issues and leading IT projects to successful completion.
• Collaborating with global teams and vendors to optimize IT services and communicate solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
