What we offer

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Systems, the Financial Systems Administrator will work closely with the team responsible for Mattamy’s financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytics systems with a key focus on Oracle PBCS and OneStream tools. Based out of our corporate office in Toronto, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with Mattamy’s corporate and divisional finance leadership team and play an integral role in financial systems development and support.

What you’ll do

  • Provide first line of support for Oracle PBCS and OneStream systems including troubleshooting and resolvingtechnical issues and assisting with application functionality questions.
  • Perform system maintenance tasks to ensure timely and accurate updates including metadata, mapping tables, artifacts, reports, calculation scripts, security, data loads and data validation between the various financial applications.
  • Execute and monitor system procedures to support financial close and budgeting / forecasting processes while ensuring quality of execution and data integrity.
  • Manage user security updates and reviews according to the required security controls and policies.
  • Participate in implementing financial applications by assisting with testing, data validations, documentation, and user support.
  • Develop and maintain system administrationdocumentation. Provide internal / external audit support for security and change management controls.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills through independent research and learning.

Bonus points

  • University Degree, with a focus in Finance.
  • 1-2 years experience in supporting and maintaining financial consolidation systems or financial planning systems (preferably OneStream).
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to establish credibility, trust and build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
