EverLine Coatings and Services is a rapidly growing commercial service franchise brand specializing in line striping and pavement maintenance. We're seeking a reliable, experienced, and proactive Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support our expanding Canadian franchise network.

This is a full-time salaried position with a base salary of $80,000 , plus a performance-based bonus . The role includes paid time off and health benefits

About the Role

As a Franchise Business Consultant, you'll be the critical link between our head office and our franchisees. Youll deliver one-on-one coaching, facilitate virtual and in-person training, support franchise development, and ensure operational excellence across your assigned territories. This role is remote, but travel (up to 75%) across Canada and periodic visits to our Houston, TX headquarters will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Youll coach and support franchisees to :

Grow revenue through consistent operational and marketing strategies

Improve customer satisfaction (targeting 4.5+ star ratings and high Net Promoter Scores)

Enhance profitability by reviewing financial performance and setting goals

Develop strong management and staff teams using EverLines systems and tools

Stay accountable to brand standards and our DRIVEN core values

Youll also :

Conduct franchise visits, area meetings, and virtual training sessions

Monitor progress through CRM tools and key performance indicators

Collaborate with internal teams to improve resources and share feedback

Lead onboarding efforts for new franchisees, resales, and territory expansions

Support company initiatives and help us revolutionize our industry

What Were Looking For

At least 3 years of franchise consulting experience OR 5 years of successful business ownership / leadership

Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to large groups

Solid understanding of business operations, financial statements, and tools like QuickBooks and Google Workspace

A self-starter mindset, able to manage time, prioritize effectively, and adapt to different needs
