Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking to hire a Business Consultant - Business Discovery and Optimization for a 12 Months contract. This is a Hybrid role in Toronto, 3 days in office per week.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of process engineering experience with Lean and / or Six Sigma.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft O365 Suite.
- 2+ years of experience with collaboration tools such as FigJam or Mural.
- Strong ability to quickly understand high-level concepts and translate them into process maps for opportunity identification.
- Experience designing future-state processes based on solutions brainstormed.
Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Financial Institution / Banking experience, including knowledge of call centers, back office, and / or Banking Center processing environments.Knowledge of people change management concepts.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Education
Degree / diploma in Business, Arts, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
