Paystone, a leading payments company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on supporting our Payments ISO channel.

In this role, you will collaborate with a group of Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) to develop and execute strategic programs and initiatives, ultimately driving scalable growth and revenue for both Paystone and our ISO partners.

Your Job

Reporting to the VP of Channel Sales, the Territory Sales Manager will cultivate deep relationships with partners and sales teams, optimize performance through business reviews, identify additional opportunities to expand the business relationship and deploy a joint sales approach.

Your Focus

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ISO partners, aligning objectives for mutual success.
  • Fuel revenue growth by designing and implementing strategic programs with ISOs through joint marketing, sales, and training efforts.
  • Liaise between ISO partners and internal teams to address operational challenges and ensure smooth processes.
  • Own and manage revenue quotas for assigned ISO partners, exceeding targets with corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay ahead in market trends and competition, offering insights to elevate partner strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless communication and alignment in support of ISO channel objectives.
  • Generate regular reports and performance analyses for ISO partners, stakeholders, and leadership.

Who you are :

  • Experience in the Payments industry is required
  • Bring a minimum of 3 years of expertise in partner management or business development
  • Expertise in ISO channels, merchant services, and payment processing.
  • Boast a track record of not just meeting but exceeding revenue targets in roles centred around partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Demonstrate your knack for solving challenges with a proven record of creative problem-solving.
  • Navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, effortlessly adjusting to changing priorities.
