Reporting to the Solution Architect and Delivery Manager, we are hiring an Implementation Consultant. You will lead the solution implementation process from end to end.

You will meet with customers to gather and verify requirements, configure the solution and train their team to increase adoption.

This is a fully remote position.

Who you are

You might be a tech-savvy Property Manager with insights into the challenges our products address, or you could come from the sales or client side of PropTech implementations.

Alternatively, you may have experience in SaaS implementations and are eager to break into the PropTech industry. Regardless of your background, you are driven to succeed and motivated by the success of both customers and colleagues.

What you will do :

Lead implementations. You will work with customers to uncover their pain points and suggest relevant SuiteSpot solutions to help alleviate those issues.

You will configure and test systems and support and train users for assigned customer implementation projects.

Create engagement. You will manage communication with clients and stakeholders and build meaningful relationships with key contacts to ensure project business and technical objectives are met.

You will monitor usage and deliver targeted adoption programs such as live webinars and video training to increase engagement with the solution, resulting in happy customers.

Collaborate and communicate. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Development team members.

You will identify expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with our Sales and Customer Success teams.

Provide technical support. You will provide ongoing configuration maintenance support for your customer accounts. You will respond to incidents and provide Level 2 technical assistance to end-users.

You will log all incoming incidents and requests and actions taken to resolve them.

You have exceptional time management skills and a high say-do ratio in following through with your commitments. You believe in transparency when setting expectations.

You can balance competing priorities and meet deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.

The technical skills. You have experience using JavaScript and MongoDb and editing configuration files. You can distinguish between standard terms such as object and array in the context of an implementation.

You can quickly learn new technologies and explain software features and concepts to customers simply and succinctly. You have an eye for detail and can drill down to find root causes, debug issues, and solve problems.

The interpersonal skills. You take a collaborative approach, offer meaningful insights, and can lead by example. You have exceptional communication skills, and you are an active listener.

You can translate complex technical details to a non-technical audience. You can build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work efficiently remotely.

The growth mindset. You are naturally curious, driven to research answers, and open to feedback. You acknowledge your mistakes and can adapt to setbacks.

You are resourceful and can use new knowledge to solve problems. You are passionate about staying current with the latest tools and best practices.

You keep your promises, take your commitments to others seriously, and have demonstrable integrity.
