  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and styling advice.
  • Enhance in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every customer.
  • Maintain customer relationships through ongoing communication to drive sales.
  • Drive business by promoting key product pillars and full-price sales across all Ralph Lauren categories.
  • Utilize technology and virtual selling tools for outreach and product presentation.
  • Develop strong product knowledge across Ralph Lauren’s catalogues.
  • Stay informed about company history, current events, and industry trends, including competitors.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Ralph Lauren's dress and grooming standards.
  • Support company initiatives related to product launches, customer experience, and sales.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory, special events, and store projects as needed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required.
  • Maintain professional communication with management, peers, and corporate partners.
  • Network and socialize effectively with target customers.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with a passion for learning.
  • Positive energy and genuine enthusiasm for working with people.
