Job descriptionYou are an accounting professional with CA, CGA, CMA or equivalent qualifications. You have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, specifically within finance operations, with strong exposure to financial systems implementation. You have worked in property and casualty insurance or life insurance environments. You have experience in financial reporting and operations, familiar with IFRS control requirements. You have managed people and led teams to complete finance deliverables. You can work effectively in multicultural environments. Annual salary range : $110,000 - $115,000 Flexible working arrangements Excellent team culture Outstanding compensation package CPA dues covered
About the Opportunity
- Provide technical review and guidance on accounts receivable and payable workflows and control documentation.
- Assess quality and provide feedback on reconciliations to meet global framework requirements.
- Lead a team to complete audit walkthroughs and control testing.
- Implement finance project and process enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure controls and objectives are met.
- Maintain key financial controls and address operational audit issues in a timely manner.
