This nimble model means we can scale up or down to create whatever type of content our clients need. Whether it's a full scale broadcast shoot with celebrity talent, or a TikTok recipe video shot in our own kitchen.

This is a demanding role for an individual who can adapt and keep pace with the ever-changing landscape of social media, and content's role within that landscape.

Account Management

• Senior council for largest agency accounts : Amex, Google, CF. Leading the team of producers on high level strategy and creative planning
• Senior lead for P&G across a variety of brands working closely with our sister agency, MSL to provide strategy, account leadership and CRM
• Maintain relationships with lead clients by attending campaign briefs, brainstorms for big moments / projects, and regular check-ins for account health.
• Work closely with North's senior account leads to create organic production opportunities

Leadership & Team Management

• Owning the long and short term forecast and reporting process with Senior Leadership and Finance Dept
• Manage team of 3-5 direct reports. Provide training, feedback and mentorship and act as a role model for all Production and Creative team members
• Seek out learning and development opportunities for the Notch team as it pertains to creative and production

Business Development

• Seek out and nurture relationships with new and existing creators that will help to improve and innovate on our production capabilities
• Communicate with SLT Team about incoming leads and opportunities
• Working as a peer with the Director of Growth Strategy, act as creative lead on pitches and RFP process
• Working with the Director of Growth Strategy, plan and execute industry events and opportunities to raise Notch's profile (i.e. Creator Meetups)

Creative & Production

• Oversee and facilitate producing for higher budget / profile projects, where Exec level experience is needed.
• Regular check-ins with the internal team of designers and producers through project lifecycle to ensure quality of process and delivery
• While your Producers ensure the successful day to day management of projects, take responsibility for the high level project outcomes and continued long-term success between Notch and our clients.
• Oversee creative treatments to ensure they are on brief, on strategy and set us up to succeed

Qualifications

• Agency experience a must - whether it's production, advertising, PR, creative etc.
• We strive to be 'more than a vendor' for our clients. You should have extensive experience dealing directly and effectively with senior level clients to build trust, sell through ideas and resolve conflict if it arises
• Deep understanding of social content and trends - this is not a traditional production role. We are not a traditional agency.
• You should have a demonstrated portfolio of work that is social by design, with a range of budget
