Compensation & Hours :

The rate of pay will be $20 / hr.

Monday to Friday schedule, with the potential for some Saturdays

Fulltime, daytime hours

Position Summary :

Accurately entering work orders into the new system

Ensuring data integrity during migration

Following clear instructions

Managing confidential information with discretion

Archiving or backing up data as needed

Performing quality checks to catch and correct errors

Updating records and ensuring proper file organization

Required Qualifications :

Familiarity with database systems; can quickly learn new software

Attention to detail – numbers, words, you name it!

Willingness to ask questions

Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks

Team player who collaborates well with colleagues

Fast and accurate typing
