Job description
The Business Process & Digital Enablement Intern supports the design, development, and enhancement of digital tools, dashboards, and reports that help improve business processes and operational efficiency across Canada. Working with analytics platforms such as Tableau and emerging AI‑based tools, the intern will help transform data into meaningful insights that support project execution, reporting, and decision‑making. Duration: 8 to 12 months What will you do? Support the design, creation, and maintenance of digital tools (dashboards, reports, trackers) used for project tendering and execution reporting. Assist with process automation initiatives aimed at simplifying project execution and reporting activities for Business Units. Contribute to the standardization of project management tools, reporting formats, and methodologies across digital and business projects. Develop and enhance digital dashboards to help track portfolio performance during the Selling and Execution phases. Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Portfolio Project Reviews by preparing data, dashboards, and reporting materials. Assist with digital reporting, data maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation and data validation. Provide digital support for the SAP S/4HANA End‑to‑End Convergence Project, helping align SAP data with complementary digital tools and reporting solutions. Participate in process and digital improvement efforts by helping identify gaps, supporting action plans, and tracking follow‑up activities. What qualifications will make you successful? Currently pursuing or recently completed (within the last 12 months) a degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related data‑oriented discipline Strong interest in data analytics, reporting, and digital tools Exposure to or willingness to learn tools such as Tableau, Power Automate, or similar analytics and automation platforms Analytical mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and cross‑functional teams What’s in it for you?
