About the Opportunity

• Review of the Opportunities set up by the business development team in Salesforce.

Validation of contractual data once the opportunity gets converted into a job sold, plus the set up of budget revenue and budget costs, the comparison with Actuals.

Client invoicing, and the preparation and review of job metrics.

Handle projects serviced by teams based in Canada, USA and Latin America.

About You

3-5 years of relevant finance / accounting

Strong communication skills, verbal and written. High communication role working with sales, project managers, and finance

Ability to take initiative, team oriented, work efficiently to meet deadlines

ERP experience and proficiency in MS Excel. Maconomy ERP and Salesforce CRM is an asset

Pay Rate

35 - $38 / hour
