Job description

About the job

Franke Home Solutions is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead growth within our Residential Wholesale Plumbing division, with a focus across Canada . This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, engineers, and end users to drive specification, sales growth, and long-term market expansion.

The Sales Manager serves as the primary commercial lead for assigned accounts and territories, ensuring alignment between customer needs, project specifications, and Franke’s operational execution. Extensive travel within Canada is required, with occasional travel to the United States.

Your tasks

  • Lead commercial sales strategy across assigned territory, driving revenue growth, market penetration, and channel expansion.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans, including sales forecasting, pricing strategy, margin management, and pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key commercial customers across showrooms and key stakeholders, including sales agencies.
  • Drive product growth through distributor engagement, end-user education, and identification of new opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, availability, and order fulfillment.
  • Support product launches, promotional programs, and training initiatives for channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor account performance, market activity, and competitor positioning; proactively address pricing, service, or product issues with clear corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline tracking, forecasting, and account updates.
  • Represent Franke at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events while staying informed on market trends and competitive activity within commercial solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in residential wholesale distributor sales channels.
