Supply Chain Systems Support Analyst (On-Site, Guelph)
Our client in Guelph is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Systems Support Analyst. The role begins as an initial one-month contract with a fast transition to full-time immediately afterward. This position is entirely on-site in Guelph, supporting a dynamic team within a large, globally recognized organization known for operational excellence, strong technology investment, and a culture that values ownership, continuous improvement, and internal growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support for Supply Chain business users across applications, interfaces, reports, access, and operational process issues.
• Work a continental shift schedule aligned to 24/7 Distribution Center operations (day/night rotations, weekends, holidays, extended coverage during critical incidents or go-lives).
• Analyze incidents and requests, clarify business impact, gather evidence, document findings, and coordinate resolution with internal teams, vendors, and managed-service partners.
• Support systems and processes across WMS, transportation, ordering, SAP-connected workflows, inventory, planning, procurement, manufacturing, reporting, and integrations.
• Maintain disciplined ticket management in ServiceNow or similar tools with clear work notes, evidence capture, routing details, and resolution summaries.
• Create and maintain documentation (user guides, runbooks, knowledge articles, test cases, support checklists, training materials).
• Participate in testing for enhancements, releases, upgrades, integrations, and project deployments (test scenarios, validation, defect documentation, UAT support).
• Identify repeat issues, documentation gaps, workflow friction, and opportunities to simplify or standardize support processes.
• Contribute to project delivery as a business/technical analyst, tester, coordinator, and post-go-live support partner.
• Use data and reporting to support issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and operational decision-making.
• Apply AI-enabled tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT-style assistants) to improve documentation, analysis, testing, knowledge management, and repeatable support activities.
• Support or interact with systems such as SAP supply chain processes, Manhattan WMS, transportation/routing tools, warehouse/manufacturing applications, Kinaxis, Coupa, middleware, reporting platforms, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Appian, RPA tools, and vendor-managed systems.
• Learn new systems quickly and connect system behavior to business process impact.
• Use no-code/low-code tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Appian, RPA) to support automation opportunities.
• Apply responsible AI usage, including data privacy, validation of AI outputs, and proper handling of confidential information.
Required Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Technology, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in systems analysis, application support, IT support, business analysis, or supply-chain technology support. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise applications, support tickets, testing, documentation, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, integrations, APIs, files/interfaces, reporting tools, or scripting (asset).
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work continental shifts (nights, weekends, holidays). • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Distribution Center, Warehouse, Transportation, Manufacturing, QSR, CPG, Retail, or Franchise operations.
• Exposure to SAP supply chain processes, WMS, TMS/routing, inventory, planning, manufacturing, procurement, or order-to-cash workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, agile practices, SAFe, Scrum, or project support. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, RPA tools, AI assistants, or automation-focused process improvement.
• Basic understanding of cloud, web services, data platforms, middleware, EDI, or integration support.
