About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a strategic partner in redefining how wealth management is experienced. You will work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to shape product strategy, transform complex investment data and workflows into intuitive, user-friendly designs. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, values rapid iteration and testing, and is motivated by solving hard, meaningful problems.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to final delivery, for PXW’s web and mobile applications – from discovery to delivery.
• Translate complexity into clarity by designing intuitive experiences that simplify portfolio analysis and investment decision-making.
• Conduct user research with investment professionals, synthesize findings, and turn insights into impactful product decisions.
• Lead and evolve PXW’s design system, ensuring scalable and consistent design across products.
• Present ideas to stakeholders with clarity and rationale; integrate feedback to continuously refine designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business objectives, ensuring the seamless integration of complex portfolio data.
• Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and optimize user interfaces.
• Stay current with FinTech industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI / UX design, applying them to enhance PXW’s offerings.
• Operate within an Agile team, where rapid prototyping, sprint planning, and continuous feedback loops are core to our process.
