#LI-DNI JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION Graphic Designer COMPANY AND LOCATION Auxilium Health, Head Office EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time, Permanent HOURS WORKED 37.5 hours / week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm DEPARTMENT Shared Services POSITION REPORTING TO : Creative Strategic Manager DIRECT REPORTS: No SALARY RANGE: The hiring range for this position begins at $50,000+ based on experience and skills ABOUT THE ROLE: Auxilium Health is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate our brand’s visual identity and strengthen our digital and print presence.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings both strong design execution and fresh ideas to the table.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality marketing and branding materials that reflect a modern, polished, and cohesive brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to develop visually compelling branding and marketing materials Design a wide range of print and digital assets, including brochures, posters, business cards, banners, websites, social media graphics, presentations, and PDFs Support the sourcing, coordination, and ordering of materials with external vendors Assist the Creative Strategic Manager on various initiatives and projects Stay current with design trends and proactively introduce new concepts and ideas Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in graphic design or a related field High school diploma required Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) Experience or familiarity with UI/UX design is considered an asset Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel locally for vendor coordination, meetings, and material pickups WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Full-time, in-office position Fast-paced, collaborative setting with multiple concurrent projects Team-oriented environment requiring strong communication and adaptability Occasional travel may be required for meetings, events, or material pickups DISCLAIMER The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
