Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager, the warehouse supervisor will lead, develop, and motivate a team of warehouse associates. Responsibilities include overseeing various warehouse activities such as order picking and shipping, receiving stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and organizing the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with the Logistics Manager on material lists for booking with service providers.
• Manage shipment schedules and communicate with carriers.
• Track shipments and communicate delays.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins.
• Label and mark inventory items appropriately.
• Monitor and fulfill pull requests for materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report to Inventory Control Lead.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMO, Operations, and Inventory Control.
• Assist in inventory forecasting and conduct periodic audits.
• Ensure safety and operational procedures are followed by personnel and contractors.
• Act as point of contact for material delivery inquiries.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct team and safety meetings.
• Promote environmental, health, and safety policies.
