Manage end to end delivery of wireline projects (FTTx| OSPISP| transport| fiber rollout).
Develop project plans| schedules| budgets| and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with engineering| construction| procurement| and operations teams.
Monitor project KPIs| timelines| and cost compliance (CapExOpEx).Oversee Survey| permitting| civil work| quality checks| and site readiness.
Ensure compliance with Canada telecom standards| safety rules| and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and executive dashboards.
Manage issues| changes| and escalations to keep scope schedule on track.

Essential Skills:

Required SkillsStrong understanding of wireline technologies (FTTxGPON| OSPISP).
Experience with fiber construction| splicing testing (OTDR)| permitting utility coordination.
Excellent communication| leadership| stakeholder management| and problem solving skills.
