Job description

We are seeking a Technology Architect to design, implement, and enhance infrastructure and applications while driving modernization and service optimization initiatives. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) requires hands-on expertise in enterprise services, cloud integration, and site reliability engineering (SRE) practices.

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Design : Design, enhance, and modernize infrastructure and applications, focusing on security and service delivery.
  • Service Optimization : Lead the integration of on-premises and cloud-based systems, ensuring seamless operations and scalability.
  • Implementation and Testing : Develop, implement, and test new solutions while improving existing products and services.
  • Support and Monitoring : Optimize critical infrastructure components like DNS, ePAM, logging, and monitoring.
  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) : Act as an SRE to create automation, monitor systems, and resolve incidents for legacy and hybrid environments.
  • Process Improvement : Assist in refining processes, improving application performance, and enabling self-service portals.
  • Project Leadership : Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for priority projects, guiding technical teams and transferring knowledge.
  • Qualifications

  • Must-Have Skills :
  • 1.Experience designing and enhancing infrastructure and applications, including service modernization and security improvements.

    2.Hands-on expertise in Azure cloud technologies and hybrid system integration.

    3.Comprehensive understanding of core enterprise services, such as DNS, ePAM, logging, and monitoring.

    4.Proficiency in DevOps toolchains and processes, including automation, configuration management, and templating.

    5.Advanced skills in scripting, coding, and creating APIs to support service delivery.

  • Nice-to-Have Skills :
  • 1.Familiarity with on-premises and cloud-based system integrations.

    2.Ability to act as a technical project manager when required.

    3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience resolving complex enterprise-level issues.
