Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, our newest Liebherr Technical Trainer will be an expert in Liebherr, Earthmoving Heavy Equipment. You will be responsible for overseeing technical training and facilitation for our current and future Technicians, as well as Liebherr Canada customers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation of a structured and revised training program for Liebherr Canada, Earth Moving Division inclusive of all technical training required for the product support team
• Provide engaging and effective product training, fundamental technology training and other service-related topics in accordance with defined Liebherr Canada safety training and policies
• Regularly evaluate the skill level of all Earth Moving Technicians for training purposes, adjust and provide additional training and support as required
• Develop customized training plans as needed for each technician and apprentice to further develop their skills
• Coordinate training within Liebherr Canada using internal and external resources
• Liaise with Liebherr International Factories for training resources and extended training as needed
• When required, develop select training content to deliver in-house for employees and customer courses; create and maintain course outlines
• Accurately maintain training records for technicians in accordance with the defined Liebherr training data base
• Other duties / projects as assigned
