Our client, a manufacturing and technical operations organization, is seeking a HR Recruitment Generalist to join their team. As a HR Recruitment Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct resume reviews, pre‑screens, and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Schedule interviews, consolidate feedback, and support hiring managers through selection decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support onboarding activities.

What's Needed?

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective partnerships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
