Poste : Spécialiste du soutien technique


Lieu : Saint-Eustache
Mode: Présentiel entre 3à 5 jours par semaine (selon les besoins opérationnels)
Horaire : Lundi au vendredi - 12h00 (midi) à 20h00 et un samedi sur 4 en rotation (Sur appel à domicile avec reprise d'une demi-journée de congé la semaine suivante)

Responsabilités principales

  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes signalés par les clients via la ligne de soutien et assurer le suivi des cas.

  • Offrir un soutien technique lié à la conformité des normes de retraitement des dispositifs médicaux.

  • Fournir un soutien à distance aux techniciens lors d’installations matérielles.

  • Effectuer les installations logicielles et configurations utilisateurs à distance.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes TI locales pour assurer la connectivité des équipements tiers.

  • Effectuer les mises à jour des systèmes.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements transversaux.

Profil recherché

Exigences :

  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en TI.

  • Expérience en support technique à distance : Configuration réseau, Vérification d'adresse IP, intégration de nouveaux appareils, configuration d'imprimantes, etc

  • Bilinguisme français / anglais.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication.

  • Bonnes connaissances en configuration réseau.

  • Orientation client marquée.


Atouts :

  • Connaissance du milieu dentaire.

  • Familiarité avec l’équipement des baies de stérilisation.

  • Connaissance de SalesForce ou d’un autre CRM.

  • Notions de bases en SQL, PowerBuilder ou C#

Technical Support Specialist – Saint-Eustache

Position: Technical Support Specialist

Location: St-Eustache - 3 to 5 days on site

Schedule: 12 pm to 8 pm (Monday to Friday) with some Saturday in rotation (on call at home - you will have a half vacation's day in the following week)


About the Role

As part of the SteriTraces technical services team, you will provide expert support to our customers, dealers, and internal partners. You will assist with software deployments, hardware integration, IT troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for a resourceful, customer focused individual with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 customer support by phone, email, and remote sessions.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues.
  • Install and configure SteriTraces systems remotely for clinics, dealers, and IT teams.
  • Support connectivity implementation in collaboration with dealer technicians and clinic IT departments.
  • Perform troubleshooting related to network configuration, IP addressing, and device integration.


Deployment & Hardware
  • Receive, prepare, test, ship and document new hardware inventory.
  • Support dealer and client technicians during onsite hardware installation.
  • Perform Canada wide training sessions (remote or onsite) for dealer technicians on hardware, networking, and SteriTraces operation.


Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Document all support procedures and update knowledge base material.
  • Provide CRM data entry and ensure accurate tracking of support activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute ideas to optimize product and support processes.
  • Assist with R&D projects as required, including testing, validation, and feedback.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IT environments.
  • Solid understanding of IP addressing, network configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French—customer oriented and able to simplify technical information. Supporting all of Canada.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured and analytical approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work both independently and within a team.
  • Experience providing remote technical support is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Windows environments and basic networking tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (an asset).
  • Dental or medical background (an asset).
