General Description
The ADMS Project’s primary objective is to replace three legacy distribution control systems with GE Vernova’s Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). With this replacement, certain processes will also be revisited to make them more efficient and the quality of source data will be reviewed and improved where needed. The project’s Change Management and Training Team is responsible for developing and delivering activities that will drive stakeholder awareness, readiness and adoption through the change.

• The Change Management Professional Level 3 advises on change initiatives and performs change management activities, enabling successful implementation of enterprise wide, strategic, high risk, and high impact BC Hydro projects safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.

Responsibilities
Experience and Role Accountabilities
• A minimum ten (10) years of change management work experience or equivalent.
• Lead complex, multi-year projects and programs with labour relations impact by conducting current state and future state needs assessments across multiple disciplines to support the organization through change.
• Develop, deliver, and customize change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, training, and communications by collaborating with multiple stakeholders for the successful adoption of highly complex change programs.
• Establish change strategies and tactics for process, technical, and system changes by using expert knowledge of change management techniques for large complex environments to support people through change.
• Deliver relevant progress reports with supporting metrics by planning, creating, and facilitating presentations using advanced skills in MS Office to keep multiple stakeholders in the organization informed of project status and change impacts.
• Analyze stakeholder engagement and develop qualitative reports through the course of the project by using databases, information systems, surveys, and tools to track stakeholder impacts and communications delivered so that change management plans are adjusted as needed.
• Act as a change management subject matter expert by advising on best practices, models, and standards to develop internal capacity for change leadership

Role Accountabilities:

· Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and project team to help gather and confirm training requirements and organizational context

· Apply guidelines, standards and templates and use common Instructional Design tools to develop courses (eLearning and instructor-led) and supporting materials (e.g. trainer guides, videos, job aids)

· Prepare in-system training exercises to support successful instructor-led training delivery

· Support development of business trainers and delivery of Train-the-Trainer sessions

Qualifications
Education and Skills:

· Advanced instructional design software skills

· Excellent English communication skills (oral, writing, presentation/training and interpersonal)

· Quick learner and technical aptitude, with an ability to synthesize and make sense of information from multiple sources

· Organized, self-starter and takes initiative

· Strong attention to detail

· Comfortable with public speaking

· PROSCI certification and/or certificate/diploma in Instructional Design/Adult Education are assets

· Experience with distribution control systems is an asset


Must haves:

· Advanced instructional design software skills

· Excellent English communication skills (oral, writing, presentation/training and interpersonal)

· Quick learner and technical aptitude, with an ability to synthesize and make sense of information from multiple sources

· Organized, self-starter and takes initiative

· Strong attention to detail

· Comfortable with public speaking

· Must be able to come to office

Nice to haves:
