We are hiring for a full-time CNC Machinist / Programmer in Waterloo to join our team. This position offers $28–$40/hour, depending on your expertise with 5-axis machines. You will handle custom machining, programming, and setup. Based in Waterloo, this role is perfect for those seeking a stable career in the manufacturing industry. - Program machines with Mastercam 2024 for complex components.
- Operate one 5-axis CNC lathe and various CNC 4 to 5 axis mills.

Qualifications
- Possess a 429A General Machinist, Tool and Die, Mold Maker, or MTBI certification.
- Demonstrate 3 to 10 years of professional experience in custom machining environments.
- Maintain proficiency using Mastercam software to develop programs for production.
- Hold the ability to achieve tight tolerances reaching 0.0005 inches during manufacturing.
