Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in CNC machining preferred. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator with experience in operating 3, 4, and 5 axis machines and proficiency in FANUC controls and AutoCAD programming.
Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Operate and set up CNC milling machines with 3, 4, and 5 axis capabilities using FANUC controls.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to program CNC machines via AutoCAD.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet exact specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain precise dimensions and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Document production activities, including setup sheets, inspection records, and machine logs.
