Job descriptionAnalytical thinking with a data‑driven approach to problem solving; ability to extract value from data and connect insights to business outcomes. Outstanding attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the capacity to work independently under tight deadlines. Expertise in Excel, SQL and Tableau (or PowerBI, Qlikview); knowledge of BigQuery / GCP and Python is a plus. Minimum 2 years of analytics experience, preferably in the travel or e‑commerce industries. Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Professionalism, integrity, and ethics at the highest level. Team player with a “get it done” attitude and a demonstrated history of living Priceline’s values : Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust.
Business Intelligence Analyst – Priceline
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Priceline, you will be a subject‑matter expert on our B2B business metrics and trends. Your analysis will inform strategy, highlight opportunities, and drive growth across the organization.
This role is eligible for a hybrid work model : 2 days in‑office with the flexibility to choose remote days as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor business metrics, explain trends and drivers, and recommend actions based on key insights.
- Execute end‑to‑end deep dives and exploratory analysis on business performance and connect insights to business outcomes.
- Provide analytical support for initiatives across teams such as Commercial, Supply, Finance and Product Management.
- Develop and operationalize tools to monitor and improve business performance and efficiency.
- Partner with other business units and sister companies to recommend new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance and growth.
- Use out‑of‑the‑box thinking to develop and implement solutions to unique challenges.
