Job descriptionEngage with cross-functional teams and executives to gather requirements, align priorities, and lead collaborative workshops. Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and specifications, ensuring alignment from strategy to execution. Analyze current-state processes and design future-state models to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, and enable automation. Help define KPIs and performance metrics to track impact and ROI of implemented changes. Support implementation through planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder readiness. Contribute to communications and change adoption strategies. Deliver objective recommendations, develop executive reports, and provide interim consulting leadership as needed. Analysis : Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL Methodologies : Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking Frameworks : TOGAF, BABOK, Business Model Canvas, Balanced Scorecard 5–7+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, management consulting, or strategy. Proven experience leading initiatives in at least 2–3 industries (e.g., agriculture, healthcare, public sector, financial services, technology, utilities). Strong generalist consulting skill set : problem-solving, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking. Demonstrated ability to work independently with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field (MBA or equivalent an asset). Meaningful work on high-impact transformation projects Opportunities for repeat engagements and long-term client relationships
