Job descriptionExposure to the Atlassian tool sets, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Ability to collaborate in Agile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams Ability to work closely with developers, product and business stakeholders to align testing efforts with project requirements Ability to be a collaborative team member and deliver in a fast-paced environment with short sprint cycles Ability to continuously improve testing processes, identify gaps and recommend automation where feasible Ability to coordinate tool enhancement needs with infra / tools team Ability to communicate on team's behalf to both technical and non-technical audiences

Location : Calgary (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)
3+ years of experience in information technology / software development with a proven ability to ensure high quality results and with expertise in test automation, agile methodologies and QA best practices
Technical Skills :
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, system dependencies, and product integration phases
- Experience with CI / CD pipelines
- Experience in mobile testing and API testing using tools like postman, Rest Assured
- Experience with devising test strategies, conducting and / or coordinating tests, and identifying defects to maintain high standards of performance and reliability
- Understanding of end-to-end quality and implementing testing strategies, automation frameworks, and best practices
- Understanding of working in an agile environment with various scrum teams, using test management tools such as JIRA / XRAY
- Familiarity with the use of LLM's and AI tools to build and determine test coverage concepts
- Hands-on experience in Java Selenium for UI automation
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
