The Software Factory Manager drives initiatives pertaining to current and future best practices. You will work with your team, other Managers, and the rest of the organization to define our software development practices, procedures, and policies. As Software Factory Chapter Leader you are responsible for ensuring our modules and products meet or exceed the demands of the aviation world and are prepared to enable the future.
Responsibilities :
Own corporate strategy by applying effectively to your organization :
- Alignment of engineering initiatives to focus on company strategic goals
- Ensure teams understanding of engineering goals and company strategy
- Identify engineering gaps and close them
- Set Software Factory practices, processes, and procedures for area of ownership
- Lead, support, and coach Software Factory Chapter Employees and holds the team accountable
- Provides people management : career development and performance management.
- Collaborate with other Software factory Managers to deliver on shared objectives
- Ensures quality in our deliverables
