Make an impact with our Consumer Insolvency team as an Assistant Estate Manager. Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with the delivery of consumer insolvency services.
- Compile, review, and analyze financial data gathered from clients.
- Prepare schedules, reports, and other documents.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.
- Apply the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA) to client-specific needs and review and verify the accuracy of information received from debtors and creditors.
- Review claims submitted by creditors and analyzing voting requirements.
- Manage insolvency files, including inputting or revising information for new client files into the Ascend database.
- Ensure a consistent approach and compliance with policies and legislation related to insolvency.
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted paperwork or file particulars.
- Ensure client information is handled accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Provide an open and friendly environment for clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, business, and industry.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
