You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto untilapproximately late2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Business Overview
The Agile Process Specialistfacilitatescross‑functionalAgile pods across Product Management, UI/UX Design, Business Analysis, and Software Development to ensure clear requirements, predictable delivery, and smooth releases. This role supports effective collaboration, surfaces risks early,maintainsalignment across teams, and promotes pragmatic Agile and Lean practices tailored to context rather than rigid frameworks.
The Agile Process Specialistcoachespods and Product Owners,facilitatesAgile ceremonies, and is accountable for continuously improving pod effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
What You Will Do
Facilitate planning, prioritization, requirement discussions, and release readiness activities
Ensure requirements are clear,well‑understood, testable, and ready for development
Maintain insight into work in progress, priorities, dependencies, and risks
Communicate release timelines, updates, and expectations to internal and external partners
Enable Agile and Lean approach adoption throughcoaching and continuous improvement
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning,stand‑ups, reviews, demos, retrospectives)
Identify, track, and help resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies
Partner with Product, Design, BA, and Development teams tomaintainhigh‑qualitydocumentation and alignment
Improve delivery practices, workflows, meeting efficiency, and decision tracking
Support reporting on team performance, value delivery, and key performance indicators
The Expertise You Bring
5+ years total experience, including 3+ years in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, AgileCoach, Delivery Lead)
Experience working across Product Management, UI/UX Design, Business Analysis, and Development
Strongcoaching and leadership skills with ateam‑firstmindset
Strong understanding of Agile values and delivery practices applied pragmatically
Experience with modern software delivery workflows
Supports multiple teams, builds strong cross-divisional relationships, and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized with strong prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proactivelyidentifiesrisks, drives team alignment, and adapts well to change and continuous improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Nice to Have
Experience defining or tailoring Agile frameworks
Background in Accounting, Financial Services, Business Management, Engineering, or Computer Science
Education
Certifications (Nice to Have)
PMI‑ACP, CSM, CSPO, PSM,SAFe
Scrum Master certifications

For this role, your total rewards include:
Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $85,000 to $107,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
