Red Robin Langley is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor.

This role is ideal for an experienced Line Cook or kitchen leader ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

If you take pride in food quality, thrive under pressure, and enjoy developing others, this is your opportunity to grow into an Assistant Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Manager role.

Pay & Perks

What You’ll Do

Kitchen Leadership

  • 1+ year of kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Leadership experience is an asset (Shift Leader, Lead Cook, Supervisor)
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Positive attitude and strong leadership presence
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

FoodSafe certification is an asset.
