Reporting to the Director of Sales Development and Strategy, this role supports the Sales organization through sales forecasting and tracking, industry and market analysis, and the development of daily, weekly, and monthly executive-level reporting. The position also prepares ad-hoc analyses and presentation materials for dealer and executive meetings and supports leadership in preparation for executive reviews.
In addition, this role supports market and industry planning initiatives, including production mix optimization for the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reporting, including sales pace, wholesale results, forecasts, and trend analysis (MoM, YoY)
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and dealer audiences
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to support Sales VP and executive reviews
- Produce industry, segmentation, and mix-optimization analyses to support sales strategy and profitability
- Support and prepare presentations for dealer councils, roadshows, and monthly operating reviews
- Collaborate with Market & Industry Planning to process production mix change requests
- Provide back-up support for Market & Industry Planning as needed
The salary range for this role is $82,500 - $100,000 per year.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years of multifaceted, cross-functional professional experience
- Strong AI proficiency required
- Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into executive-level materials
- Advanced computer proficiency, including expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
