Entry-Level Customer Support & Service Coordination Role

About the Role

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Assistant position for individuals who are professional, dependable, and able to support day-to-day customer service activity through strong communication, organization, and follow-through. This role is well suited to someone who can help maintain a positive customer experience, respond to routine inquiries, and support service-related tasks in a professional office environment.

The position includes a combination of customer communication, service coordination, record updates, issue tracking, internal follow-up, and general support for customer service workflows. The right candidate will be comfortable helping customers, maintaining accurate information, and supporting a team through consistent and organized daily service tasks.

This is a strong opportunity for applicants who want to build experience in customer support, service coordination, and office-based client communication. There is also room to grow over time for candidates who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for customer service activities and routine service requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
