We are seeking a Certified Crown Cherry Picker, Reach, and Walkie Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Brampton area. This role is ideal for a dependable forklift professional who is looking for stable, full-time work with consistent daytime hours.
This opportunity offers a supportive, team-oriented production and warehouse environment where safety, accuracy, and reliability are valued. Successful candidates will be part of an operation that depends on skilled equipment operators to keep materials moving efficiently and safely in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
The ideal candidate has strong Crown equipment experience, a valid forklift license, and a stable work history. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in careful equipment operation, can work confidently in tight spaces, and is looking to build a long-term path with a company through a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Crown Cherry Picker equipment safely and efficiently to move, pick, stage, and replenish materials.
- Operate a Crown Reach truck and/or Crown Double Walkie as required for daily warehouse and production support.
- Navigate tight spaces while maintaining safe operating practices and protecting product, equipment, and team members.
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and material handling tasks within a manufacturing environment.
- Follow all site safety procedures, equipment inspection requirements, and operational standards.
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and reliability throughout the assigned shift.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.
- Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
