Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Release Coordinator / Manager to join a leading financial institution in Toronto, ON on a contract basis. As a Release Manager, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners to coordinate user onboarding and communicate necessary requirements. You will manage and oversee the release calendar, ensuring timely and successful releases. Your role involves facilitating communication between cross-functional teams to align on release goals and timelines, monitoring and reporting on release progress, and identifying and mitigating risks. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with quality standards and release protocols, while providing support and training to users during the onboarding process. This is a hybrid role requiring 1x a week + every 4th Friday onsite in downtown Toronto.
