Job description
Adecco is currently hiring full-time dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our client's dynamic production team in Surrey, BC. In this position you will play a crucial role in assembling food products while maintaining the highest standards of quality. If you are a reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently , while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Pay Rate: $20.50/hour ($1 premium for freezer)
  • Location: Surrey, BC
  • Shift: 8H shifts | Monday to Sunday | 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Select customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems
  • Accurately pick products by item number, description, and quantity
  • Stack, wrap, and label pallets or cartons according to company standards
  • Transport completed orders to staging or shipping areas
  • Inspect products for damage or quality issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance standards
  • Communicate shortages, damages, or errors to supervisors
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Picking in large warehouse environments
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and work effectively in a team setting.
  • Previous warehouse or general labour experience is an asset (not required)
  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • CSA-approved safety footwear required
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
