Job Description
We are currently seeking a Lean Manufacturing Specialist to drive operational excellence within a fast-paced agriculture manufacturing environment. This role will lead process optimization initiatives, champion Lean methodologies, and support cross-functional teams in improving efficiency, quality, and overall performance.This is an opportunity for a data-driven, hands-on leader who thrives on solving problems, empowering teams, and delivering measurable results.

Compensation & Hours: - The rate of pay will be $90-K/year, depending on experience
- Monday through Friday, daytime hours
- Overtime may be required during peak production periods
Position Summary: - Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement sustainable improvements
- Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and problem-solving sessions
- Develop and track KPIs related to efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices across operations
- Provide coaching and training to staff on continuous improvement principles and tools
- Support change management initiatives and drive a culture of accountability and performance
- Monitor project outcomes and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher)
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within a production setting
Bonus Points For: - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools
- Experience leading large-scale transformation or change initiatives
