The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's growth strategy, strengthening its financial and operating foundation, and expanding the franchise network. This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in a public company or similarly complex organization, scaling a franchise or multi-location business, and navigating capital markets.
