Job description

Tasks

  • Monitor employee schedules, attendance, and absences in the warehouse.
  • Prepare and transmit daily attendance lists to the warehouse team.
  • Follow up on customer needs and document the information in CRM and SharePoint.
  • Manage punch-ins, worked hours, and payroll-related entries (Synerion).
  • Handle administrative follow-up on employee files and routine communications.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures in the workplace.
  • Welcome and onboard new employees (procedures, positions, payroll).
  • Collaborate in daily operations and perform related administrative tasks.

  • Comfort with computer tools and data entry.

  • Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Interest in personnel management (follow-up, onboarding, daily relations).
