Job Description

Salary Range $45,000-$50,000

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 5 phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between.

Additional duties will include :

Phase 1 -Warehouse Logistics

Phase 2 - Operations

Phase 4 - Outside Sales / Account Management

Phase 5 - In this phase, you can take all of your training and determine your ideal career path.

Additional Information

You will assist the Profit Center Manager with key operational tasks, including accounts payable, warranty management, procurement, and health and safety compliance. You will help streamline processes, maintain vendor relationships, and support cross-departmental collaboration, all while contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the business.
