Levert is hiring a Site Coordinator for a permanent position, reporting out of our Timmins office. This role plays a critical part in supporting our employees and mining clients, throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding and site readiness to travel coordination, and employee relations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities while supporting both our clients and employees.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Weekly pay
  • Dental and Vision Benefits
  • Prescription Benefits
  • Life Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Encourage personal development training
  • Opportunity to train and work with industry leading companies
  • Advancement opportunities

About the Role:

As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring employees are fully prepared, compliant, and supported throughout their employment lifecycle with Levert. Once Recruitment has an accepted offer for the new hire employee, the Site Coordinator takes ownership of the onboarding process and ongoing site coordination, ensuring employees are ready for site access, travel, and ongoing employment support.

This role serves as a key connection point between employees, clients, operations, recruitment, health & safety, human resources, payroll and administration teams to ensure a smooth workforce experience and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, site access requirements, training, travel, accommodations, and mobilization to client mine sites.
  • Ensure all employee pre-employment requirements, documentation, certifications and training, and onboarding requirements are current and compliant with Levert and client site standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding travel, site requirements, workplace concerns, and general employment support.
  • Collaboration with HR and Health & Safety teams to support investigations, disciplinary processes, incident reporting, and terminations
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee files, training records, and compliance documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, site supervisors, recruiters, and internal departments to ensure continuity and operational success.
  • Monitor employee availability and proactively escalate issues that may impact site coverage or employee readiness.
  • Build positive working relationships with employees and clients while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist with retention initiatives and employee engagement efforts.
  • Flexibility is essential — evenings and weekends will be required to support urgent operational needs and workforce coordination.
  • Occasional to frequent travel to our client's mine site will be required.

What You Need:

Education & Experience

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • 1–3 years of experience in workforce coordination, employee relations, staffing, scheduling, recruitment, or site administration.
  • Previous experience in mining, industrial, construction, or unionized environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting large workforces and coordinating employee logistics is an asset.

Technical Skills

  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and database management systems.
  • Experience working with ATS systems, compliance tracking platforms, or workforce scheduling software is considered an asset.
  • Comfortable managing employee records, training matrices, and onboarding documentation.

Core Competencies

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support both employees workers and clients professionally.
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Professional, dependable, and highly collaborative team player.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Other Requirements

  • Flexibility to occasionally support after-hours or weekend operational needs.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
