We are looking for an Customer Service and Sales Coordinator that will be focused creating, processing and fulfilling orders on a day to day basis. The team member will be the one welcoming customers, answering the phones, putting together orders, ordering product, reviewing outstanding orders, and contacting clients when their product is here for pick up.

To be successful, you will have drive to deliver top-notch customer service, and help the sales team meet their daily, weekly and monthly goals. Being highly organized, and detail oriented will be your biggest asset to make sure customer are satisfied everyday. Exceptional communication skills are also key. What does your day look like?

• You help curate the customer experience by being the first person to answer the phone and greeting customers when they come through the door
• You input purchase orders from our clients support the store as needed
• When ordering in product, you ensure there is ample lead time for all sales associates to meet customer project timelines
• You support the sales team with helping customers get the information they need in order to finalize their orders.
• You contact customers when their product has arrived and is ready for pick up
• You processes credit cards and records payments

• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience operating point of sale systems
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience working in a fast paced retail environment
• Enjoys sales and being part of a sales team
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to manage different work activities simultaneously
